3 months old
I'm 3 months old now. Yippee skippy! Last week my cousin Sally came to visit.... she brought her mom and dad too since she isn't old enough to drive yet. We had lots of fun. she is a few days younger than I am, so we were teaching each other tricks. I showed her how to use her feet to play with her over head toys. Now I've taken that trick one step further and use my kicking feet as momentum to roll myself over onto my tummy. Mom said my brothers both learned to roll from their tummy to their backs before going from back to tummy, but I like to get the difficult stuff out of the way before working on those other easy tasks.

2 months
Yesterday I turned two months old... and today I'm not happy about it! No one ever told me that when you turn 2 months old you get like a gazillion shots! ok... 3, but they were really painful! Mom took me to the doc today and the doc said I look great. I'm growing well... 9 pounds, 14.5 ounces, 22 1/2 inches long.... and I'm healthy as can be... so why did they have to give me all those shots? Grrr!!!!!!
Baptism and a reunion...
Two weekends ago, on June 29th, my cousin Sally and I were baptised at Zion in Alexandria. It was really fun even though I slept most of the time. There was actually one other baby being baptised that same day... 3 babies in one service.... pretty crazy eh? my sponsors are Uncle Justin, Aunt Kelly, and mom's good friend Alyssa... mom keeps calling her Petie for some reason. :)
Then last weekend I went back to Alexandria and was able to go to Mom and Dad's 10 year class reunion. I must have been pretty special cause I was the only baby there. :) They played a game they keep calling "Pass the baby" and everyone had a good time with that one :)

My second shower...
In my short life I've already attended two showers. This most recent was for Aunt Stephanie and Cousin Sally. Baby shower games are lots of fun, but the most fun was watching Grandma Rolf try to decide which baby she was going to try to hold next... Sally or me. Either that or the relatives trying to tell the two of us apart. Good thing that I wore pink and Sally wore yellow that day.... next time we'll dress alike and throw everyone for a loop!
Hair...
Yesterday I was laying on a blanket, minding my own business when all of a sudden I felt the worst possible pain coming from my head. I screamed and Mom can running. It seems someone had found that my beautiful long hair was fun to pull on and would not let go... of course Mom was trying her hardest to get the culprit to release the lock of hair, but it was difficult to do through her laughter. You see... it was me who grabbed my own hair! The more it hurt, the more I tried to pull my hand away, but it's called a "Grasp reflex" not a "release reflex" for a reason!

Workin' out
well, it's official. i can do more push ups than my mom. of course, at this point in my life, for me to do a push up, I'm only required to lift my head off the floor... but it's still quite an accomplishment for me!

I'm HERE!!!!!!
I decided to give my mom a break and show up early rather than later. On May 9th, at 11:09pm I finally decide to grace the world with my presence. It a whole day, and then some, for me to make my appearance (I'm just getting my parents used to the idea of having a stubborn child.) The truth is, I wanted mom and dad to finish watching the twins game on the TV.. cause as soon as the twins won, in the 9th inning, the nurse came in and said, "Okay, lets see if we can have this baby tonight." and sure enough, I was ready to go. It didn't take long after that! Here are my stats:

7 pounds, 4 ounces
19 inches
As Mom and Dad were leaving for the hospital, my big brother William was saying he didn't want a sister, just another brother. But I know he wasn't disappointed. The next morning when he woke up and Dad told him he had a little sister he said "Oh I like having a sister around, now we don't need Henry around" Needless to say, Henry is still around. When he saw me for the first time he said "Baby.... Cute!" and always tries to poke my eyes and nose and give me kisses on the head. They are both great big brothers.
